SCHUCO - Product suppliers, HANO  as main approved assembly Manufacturing producers for Viceroy Project and Residences.

GLASS - as Saint Gobain glass suppliers manufacture producers for project.

SCHUCO - Germany for the entire project VICEROY Resort and Residences  

AKS- ALU KONIG STAHL - Coordinator through the supply chain to meet all delivery schedules.

DORMA - all frameless glass folding doors for all  Resort Hotel restaurants and bathrooms 

 

All noted above were the Team that worked along side with Arch. Ken Hilgendorf to surpass all expectations and to deliver on time container

schedules, fine line costing.

Project Completed in Year 2008 has been through 2 - category 3 and 4 Hurricanes since the projects completion and all challenges we faced together

as a team were met with excellent success.  Our thorough review showed and proved very little up keep and maintenance and no building or interior damages to show for in the last 8 years ... last review was in year 2016...
